Stefan Nordahl has been at the core of Foamit Sweden\u2019s operations since the Swedish company was founded in 2007. As the person responsible for sales and marketing, he has been at the forefront of building foam glass awareness in the Swedish market and has witnessed how the circular economy has grown from a marginal idea into a mainstream approach.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interest sparked by recycling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Stefan\u2019s path to Foamit Sweden began with a desire to promote more sustainable solutions. \u201cThe idea that packaging glass can be turned into a lightweight and environmentally friendly construction material was truly fascinating,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years he has met countless construction professionals, and every encounter has brought new insights: \u201cIn this job you learn constantly. Every day brings something new.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Stefan, the market has changed significantly. Customer awareness of environmental impacts, EPD documentation and low\u2011emission solutions has increased rapidly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team spirit that carries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Stefan describes Foamit Sweden’s team spirit as warm and practical: \u201cWe help and support each other every day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He finds the work varied and meaningful: \u201cIt is great to contribute to building Swedish infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A wish for a greener tomorrow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In his sales and marketing role Stefan frequently visits construction sites. Safety is therefore an important part of daily work: \u201cIt is essential that deliveries take place safely and that visitors follow the site rules.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His wish for the future is clear: \u201cI hope the transition to greener construction will move even faster.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
