Foamit Corporation’s Board of Directors comprises a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of seven (7) full members.
The General Meeting elects the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. The term of a member of the Board of Directors starts from the General Meeting in which they are elected, and ends at the conclusion of the following Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting held on April 14, 2026 confirmed, in accoradance with the proposal of the Shareholders’ Nomination Committee, that the Board of Directors would consist of five (5) members. Jenni Heino, Mirja Illikainen, Pirjo Kivari, Jari Pirinen and Kalle Saarimaa were re-elected as members of the Board. Jari Pirinen was elected Chair of the Board, and Pirjo Kivari was elected Vice Chair.
